  • You are the contact person for customers in case of technical questions about the alarm management system Alarm Control Center
  • You support our customers on the phone, via email and remote
  • You carry out software and system tests

 

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the IT or communication technology area
  • Professional experience in technical support and customer service
  • Basic knowledge in the programming languages C++ and C# as well as in the Windows operating systems
  • Strong commitment and pleasure in technical challenges
  • English and German orally and in writing
  • Good communicative skills
