Teamwork and fair, respectful dealings with each other are very important to us. It is the individual person with their personal know-how and their individual abilities, which creates the success of the Alarm IT Factory. We enjoy our work and assist each other. During our daily “Quicky” we all take the time to keep each other up to date with current projects. In weekly team meetings the software developers, the sales personnel, the support or manufacturing execution systems staff discuss their ongoing projects.

 

We enjoy relaxed moments together when barbequing on our terrace or during one of our regular team events, for example climbing or kayaking.

The IT industry is constantly changing. We strive to keep our high quality and improve ourselves continuously. We develop the strengths and skills of our employees and offer various possibilities to further development their expertise and to grow professionally: At the Technische Akademie Esslingen, for example, we regularly take part in seminars. The social-communicative skills of our employees, we promote for example through service training, sales training or in-house rhetoric seminars.

Sustainability

Conviction and commitment

As a financially solid company, we maintain our reserves and do business responsibly. We are socially involved and support social projects such as Ärzte ohne Grenzen, EntwicklungHilft, RockYourLife or the Schlupfwinkel in Stuttgart. Of course environmental sustainability is also important to us: We run our computers and servers exclusively with green electricity. We drink fair trade coffee and get our fruits and vegetables from an organic farm from our region.
